Available installment plans with HeyLight
To offer you an installment plan, the following requirements must be met:
3D-Secure
If your payment with HeyLight does not work, it is usually because the 3D-Secure confirmation has not yet been completed. This is a brief security confirmation from your bank (e.g. via SMS or app) to protect your payment.
How does the 3D-Secure process work?
When shopping online and after entering your card details at HeyLight, you will be redirected to the 3D-Secure website of your card issuer (e.g. ZKB). Identification is done in one of the following ways:
You receive a confirmation code by SMS
You receive a notification from your bank's app
PostFinance
At PostFinance, 3D-Secure can be easily activated in the app. Please check that "3D-Secure is activated" is displayed in the settings at the end.

Credit Suisse
At Credit Suisse, there is a difference between credit cards and debit cards:

Bonus Card
